This course will present 5 menstrual cycle imbalances, their related emotional issues defined by Traditional Chinese Medicine theory, and introductory menstrual cycle analysis for self-assessment. Every lesson is divided into two parts addressing the emotional and physiological imbalances in each category and helping to establish a wellness plan to alleviate emotional symptoms and promote overall well-being.
